Yuzu Brandy

Margaret River wine has been small batch distilled and aged in a Chardonnay Barrel for 4 years to create a rich, soft Brandy.

Taking a small portion of this Brandy, we soaked the peels of Margaret River grown Yuzu's to create a Yuzu Infusion like no other.

This Brandy is bright, aromatic, fresh and soft.

Only 90 bottles have been made.  Be quick.
