Rescued Carnarvon mangoes meet locally grown chillies from hot sauce legend @sauceykapo, distilled in both the kettle and gin basket for subtle heat and maximum flavour. Bright, savoury, and clean, with juniper, coriander, lavender from Greg’s garden, and ginger grown in his backyard.
