Beyond 50L Whisky Barrel

Make Your Own Whisky

Imagine owning an entire barrel of whisky—created from the grain up to reflect your personal taste and tell your own story.

Beyond Distilling’s Make Your Own Whisky experience gives you the opportunity to create a genuinely unique, single-origin Western Australian whisky. Begin by choosing your WA-grown grain, select either a clean, lightly malted style or something richer and smoky, then choose from our carefully selected premium oak barrels—including American oak, Pedro Ximénez sherry, Muscatel and port-seasoned casks.

Your whisky will be brewed, fermented, distilled and matured at Beyond Distilling in Busselton. Choose from a range of barrel sizes, with each barrel individually marked, registered to its owner and finished with a personalised engraved plaque.

While your whisky matures, you’ll be invited to visit our private Whisky Room to taste its development directly from the barrel. Each tasting and milestone will be recorded in your personal whisky journal, allowing you to follow the changes in colour, aroma and flavour over the years.

Once your whisky has matured for a minimum of two years, you can decide when it is ready to bottle, select your preferred bottle and presentation, and even create your own personalised label.

Perfect for whisky enthusiasts, families, businesses, milestone celebrations or as an unforgettable gift, this is more than owning a barrel—it’s the chance to create a whisky that will never be repeated.

Barrel availability is limited. Register your interest to receive the complete Make Your Own Whisky guide and start creating your own piece of WA whisky history.
