4 x 200ml: One each of Vodka, x17, Super Tuscan and Citrus Bomb

Grain harvested from farms in the Mid West of Western Australia has been craft fermented and triple distilled to create this Trademark JK17 Gin.

Vodka: The base of all of our spirits.   5 times distilled, cold filtered.

x17: 17 botanicals hand selected by the great hands of Josh and Chris have formed this aromatic gin.   A perfect gin to match with quality tonic for the G&T, or get more adventurous and shake a martini.

Super Tuscan: The finest Tuscan juniper imported directly by Beyond Distilling.  The juniper was soaked overnight then the batch was then distilled after 24hrs of infusion before more juniper was added to the gin basket in the vapor trail.  The other botanicals allow the Juniper to be the hero – supporting the structural intensity of the juniper.

Citrus Bomb: Locally sourced oranges, lemons, limes were soaked before distilling: pulp, pith and peel.  Small batch distilled with neighbouring south east Asian spices comprising blade mace, nutmeg, angelica, liquorice root.  The bright notes of the citrus intermingle with the spices to create a lively gin with a long soft finish.
