Classic Martini

Quality ingredients are the key:

  1. 45mL Beyond Super Tuscan Gin
  2. 15mL Noilly Pratt Vermouth
  3. Always put ice in the cocktail shaker first, pour in gin then vermouth.
  4. Stir down over ice, and serve with a twist of lemon

Dirty Martini

Quality ingredients are the key:

  1. 45mL Beyond x17
  2. 15mL Noilly Pratt Vermouth
  3. 15mL Olive Brine (or more if you like it dirtier)
  4. Always put ice in the mixer first, pour in gin then vermouth.
  5. Stir down over ice, and garnish with olive skewers

Dark Smoke Martini

Quality ingredients are the key:

  1. 45mL Beyond Single Grain Vodka
  2. 15mL Beyond Distillery Collection Dark and Stormy
  3. Always put ice in the mixer first, pour in Vodka then Dark And Stormy.
  4. Stir down over ice, and garnish with burnt orange peel.

Alien OG Martini

Quality ingredients are the key:

  1. 45mL Beyond Citrus Bomb
  2. 5 sprays Beyond Absinthe
  3. Spray Absinthe into Martini glass – 5 good sprays, we want the glass dripping,
  4. Always put ice in the mixer first, pour in Gin and stir down over ice, and garnish with baked thyme or sage.

BEYOND CLASSIC COCKTAILS

Beyond Sazarac

  1. Spray Beyond Absinthe into your low ball / whisky glass,
  2. Place 1 x sugar cube into your cocktail shanker, and soak in bitters,
  3. Meddle the cube, and pour 45mL Beyond Dark and Stormy into the shaker,
  4. Add ice and stir until shaker is cold,
  5. Strain into glass,
  6. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Beyond Screwdriver

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice,
  2. Add 30mL Beyond Vodka, and
  3. 15mL Beyond Citrus Bomb,
  4. Top with Orange juice.

Variation is to add half orange juice and half soda for a refreshing screwdriver.

Beyond Moscow Mule

  1. Fill a high ball glass with ice,
  2. Add 60mL Beyond Vodka,
  3. 15mL fresh Lime Juice,
  4. Stir to mix,
  5. Top with chilled ginger beer,
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge,

Beyond Rakija Sour

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add:
  • 50mL Beyond Rakija
  • 25mL fresh lemon juice,
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • dash  orange bitters
  • 1 egg white

2. Stir egg with a fork, then add ice and shake.

3. Strain into a low ball glass, and garnish with a slice of orange.

Beyond Manhattan

  1. Ina. glass cocktail mixer add the ingredients,
  2. 50mL Beyond Dark and Stormy
  3. 20mL Sweet Red Vermouth
  4. 1 Dash biters
  5. Stir over ice, and then strain into a Martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry
