Distillery Collection | Rare Spirits

August sees the launch of a couple of new inspired spirits.   Fresh local ingredients, all grown within 250km of Perth.

BLUEBERRY GIN

2.5 tons of blueberries grown north of Gin Gin were made into a Blueberry wine, then distilled to craft this unique BLUEberry gin.  Citrus and juniper on the nose, with hints of blueberry and spice.   Coloured with the Butterfly Pea Flower, this is a small batch of only 300 bottles.

BLOOD LIME GIN

We soaked Margaret River grown Blood Limes in gin, to create this illuminated fragrant gin.   Intense aromas of limes and currents, this is a mouth filling gin.

STRAWBERRY / RASPBERRY GIN

Fresh local strawberries and raspberries were soaked in our signature x17 Gin.  Creating a super bright gin, with intense berry aromas and flavours.  A touch of sweetness on the palate, this is a great gin for a spritz, or even just with soda.
