We Don’t Just Say Local. We Make It Local.
Map of Local Ingredients
For us, “local” isn’t just a label — it’s how we do things, every day.
Beyond Distiller Greg Garnish, lives here in the South West. He knows the land, the people, and the growers — because they’re his neighbours, not just suppliers.
Every bottle we make supports the region we call home — from the farmers who grow our grain to our mates down the road growing grapes.
Our Spirits Start with WA Grain
Most distilleries import ethanol. We don’t. We make our own from scratch, using grain grown right here in WA. Think wheat from Wagin. Barley from Donnybrook. Rye from the Stirling Ranges. These aren’t just crops — they’re the foundation of everything we distil, and they help support farming families across the state.
Peel to Pour: Local Citrus, Real Flavour
Our citrus liqueurs are made with imperfect fruit that might otherwise go to waste.
Mandarins from Harvey. South West Lemons. Oranges from the outskirts of Margaret River.
We steep, infuse, and blend them on-site to create spirits that taste like sunshine and give back to local growers — reducing waste and supporting small-scale producers across the South West.
Native Botanicals with a South West Accent
Gin lovers, this one’s for you:
Busselton peppermint and pine
Saltbush and sea parsley from the coast
Lemon myrtle and native mint from regenerative farms
Margaret River grapes
Busselton oranges
South West lemons
Myoporum
Lemon verbena
Tulsi
Wagin grain
Boyup Brook grain
These ingredients don’t just bring flavour — they bring farmers, growers, and communities into every batch. That’s what craft distilling should be about.
We Know Our Farmers (And They Know What We're Making)
We don’t order ingredients off a catalogue. We chat with growers. We visit their farms. Sometimes we pick up hundreds of kilos of surplus fruit — and turn it into something magic. That’s the kind of local relationship we’re proud of.
By working directly with WA farmers, we’re able to support our local economy, reduce food waste, and keep our spirits truly West Australian — from seed to sip.

Because when we say local, we mean homegrown. Literally.
