Those mangoes were distilled alongside juniper and coriander, with lavender and ginger grown in Greg’s backyard, all brought together in a single small-batch distillation. From the run, we kept only the heart of the hearts — the cleanest, most expressive cut of the spirit.
The result is a bright, tropical gin with natural mango lift, gentle spice, and a soft floral edge — vibrant and balanced.
