Being in the spirits game means keeping one eye on global trends and the other firmly rooted in our backyard — fresh, local, and sustainable is the Beyond way. Each of our best sellers has its own story. Some came from wild inspiration, others from frustration… but every bottle was born from scratch in Busselton. Here’s the why behind the what.
Jaffa Martini
A better espresso martini, no barista required.
Let’s be honest — ordering an espresso martini at a bar is a gamble. Too bitter, too sweet, or just flat. We wanted a cocktail that delivered every time — smooth, balanced, and ridiculously easy to serve. So we made our own twist: the Jaffa Martini.
Infused with orange (we love it for its long season and how well it grows near the distillery) and rich cacao, this pre-mixed cocktail only needs a shake with Wonderfoam and you’re good to go. Or skip the glass and pour it over ice cream. We don’t judge.
Dirty Vodka
The spirit that fixed the Pornstar Martini.
We love a good Pornstar Martini — when it’s done right. But too often it’s ruined by bad prosecco or an underwhelming spirit base. So we made our own version from scratch.
We start with a slow-cooked syrup made from cinnamon, orange, star anise, honey, and a blend of exotic spices. It simmers for 6–8 hours until it's thick, intense, and decadent. That’s blended into our Margaret River grape-based spirit, floaties and all (they’re flavour bombs, not faults).
Serve it with Bundaberg Passionfruit and you’ve got the Pornstar — upgraded.
Twin Pole
An accidental classic, inspired by a childhood treat.
Some things aren’t planned — they just taste too good to ignore. While developing our Beyond Amaro (which uses ingredients grown within 50km of the distillery), we started mixing it with our Arancello. The result? Twin Pole.
It’s bitter, sweet, nostalgic, and weirdly reminiscent of a Twin Pole ice lolly from the servo freezer. Try it in a Negroni, or over ice — no garnish needed.
South West Citrus
Summer in a glass, made with WA sunshine.
This gin was built for hot days, spritzes, and backyard G&Ts. We source a mix of WA citrus, distilling some directly in the kettle and vapour-infusing the rest in the gin basket. It’s soft, smooth, and bursting with flavour.
Multiple gold medals say it’s good. We say it’s the gin you’ll reach for all summer.
Super Tuscan
Big on juniper. Bigger on flavour.
We use Tuscan juniper berries in all our gins — but Super Tuscan gets a triple dose. Double in the kettle. More in the basket. It’s clean, dry, and beautifully crisp.
This one’s for the gin purists. Perfect in a Martini (clean or dirty), or any classic gin cocktail where the spirit takes centre stage.

This gin is a tribute to one of WA’s wildest regions — the Mid West coast. With high winds and native flora found nowhere else on earth, we captured that uniqueness in a complex, layered gin.
Seventeen botanicals work together to evolve on the palate like a great red wine. It’s bold, structured, and keeps unfolding with every sip.
