Blue - Berry Gin Liqueur

2.5 tons of Blueberries deemed not good enough for retail sale were processed by Beyond Distilling.  A small portion of these berries were fortified with our award winning x17 Gin and let to soak for 1 month.   Basket pressing of this spirit created a wonderfully aromatic liqueur style.  Intense Blueberry aromas, intermingled with a savoury edge.  perfect for sipping neat, or adding to your favourite sparkling white for a Kira Royale.
